Refund and Return Policy

At Crusher Side Court, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all players. Because our four courts have limited hourly capacity, we enforce clear rules regarding eligibility, cancellations, and returns to manage venue schedules fairly for the entire Kapalong pickleball community.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund or court slot modification, your request must satisfy all of the following criteria:

Notice Period: Your cancellation or modification request must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to your reserved playing time.
Proof of Purchase: You must present your official digital booking confirmation, transaction reference number, or store receipt.
Payment Clearance: The reservation or purchase must have been fully paid and processed through our official digital payment system.

Ineligible Circumstances (Non-Refundable)

Requests will be deemed ineligible for refunds or adjustments under the following conditions:

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled court time.
No-Shows: Failing to arrive for your scheduled reservation without prior notification.
Partial Session Time Lost: Arriving late or leaving early for your reserved slot.
House Rules Violations: Loss of court time resulting from removal due to rule violations (e.g., non-marking athletic shoes requirement, or exceeding the 10-player court limit).

Equipment Rentals & Retail Items

Paddle Rentals (PHP 50/hour): Rental additions are bound to your primary court booking. Adjustments follow the same 48-hour eligibility rule. Players are responsible for rental gear; broken or stolen paddles will incur replacement fees.
On-Site Merchandise: Retail returns that meet the eligibility criteria in Section 1 can be exchanged for items of equal value or issued a refund.

Weather & Facility Emergency Closures

In the event that severe weather, power disruptions, or emergency facility repairs force Crusher Side Court to close during your reserved slot: All affected players automatically bypass standard notice periods and become fully eligible for a 100% refund or an immediate free reschedule to an available date of their choice.

Tournament & Event Entries

Registration fees for local tournaments and leagues are non-refundable once registration officially closes.
If Crusher Side Court cancels or postpones an event entirely, all registered participants will receive a full refund or free entry into the rescheduled event.
